No, Just no...Not this time.

I don't know if you guys know or not, but I am on a site called Influenster, which is a site that sends you products to try for FREE, yes... .FREE, all you have to do in return is write an honest review on the site once you have tried your product(s)

If you want to find my reviews, click my link....

Usually, when I get stuff from them, I usually like the products. But this time.... NO. They sent me a double sample (2 packets) of a shower gel called "Le Petit Marseillais", its apparently the #1 selling body wash in France. Well, France can keep it lol.

To begin with, I was a little shocked that I just got a sample of it, when every other time Influenster has sent me anything, I've gotten the full size product. So that already was a score on the "con" side for this product, because how can you really test it and review it with only a small amount to try ?

Next was the smell. According to the packaging, it was supposed to smell like Mandarin & Lime, but it came out smelling like that drink Five Alive (a nasty citrus drink that makes me gag any time I smell it). HORRIBLE smell, even my daughter gagged at the smell when I asked her to smell it. Thankfully it wasn't too overpowering and the scent didn't last long.

Then was the actual cleaning, I personally don't find that it cleaned very well. Mind you, just about the only plus to this product, was that it lathered really well. Which is always a bonus I look for in a body wash.

It says "moisturizes and refreshes" but when I dried off after my shower, my skin was so dry in spots, that I needed to use my normal moisturizer afterwards. I didn't feel refreshed either.

Overall, I did not enjoy this product, and I definetely will not be purchasing this in the future. Which is sad, cause in my package, I got a coupon for 2$ off. I was curious about the other scents, but after trying this, I think I'll just leave it on the shelf.

(p.s...the picture is not mine, I found it on google, cause I forgot to take pics before I took my shower)

Welcome to my mind

Hey everyone, welcome to my blog. For those of you who don't know me, you can call me Chispa.

That's me in the pic at the bottom of this post.
Pretty aren't I ?
And that's with no makeup, no filters. (just a little matte lippie, nothing else)

To be completely honest, I've had this blog for quite some time now, I'm talking years. But I got fed up one day and decided it was time for a new start. I didn't want to go through the hassle of deleting this one and starting over, so I did the "lazy" thing....I deleted all previous posts, and also renamed my blog.

Those of you that know me, know the majority of what you need to know, so today's entry isn't really for you (although if you want to continue reading, be my guest *smiles* ) Today's entry is mainly for the newcomers.

As I stated at the top of this blog post, my name is Chispa. Now obviously its not my REAL name, but it has been my nickname since I was 14, and so many people use my nickname, it might as well be my real name haha. I'm 40 years old, born in September, yep, I'm a Virgo. I am a stay-at-home single mom of a beautiful little girl, whom I quite often refer to as Diva or Princesa. I'm also an aspiring YouTuber, as well as Twitch streamer. But then if you follow me on any of my social media, you already know that.

Let's see, what else can I tell you....

I have some health issues, both physical and mental, (I'll touch on that in another post in the future) but I'm doing my best, taking things one day at a time. I am an introvert, actually the type is called Mediator Type, INFP-T. (Don't ask, I'm just as confused as you haha), I am the type of person who much prefers staying in, loungin' in my pjs, (pjs all day, messy hair don't hair), and playing games or reading a good book. Yes you read right.... I play videogames .... at my age. I'll talk about that in another post, but yea. I also love doing crafts, especially working with polymer clay, and my specialty is something called "UpCycling"...when you take something and d.i.y it to make it look like something completely new.

That's all I can think of for now, I don't want to make this post too long, I know most people don't like to read long entries.

So, if there's anything you want to know about me, leave your questions below in the comment section.
